Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry or request the Corporate Event Playbook, the contact and event details you enter are transmitted to Charlotte GameShows through our form-delivery provider. The form is sent without opening your email application.
How inquiry information is used
Information is used to deliver requested planning materials, respond to your request, confirm service availability, recommend an event format, prepare pricing, coordinate a booking, and send relevant corporate event planning follow-up. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time. We do not sell your contact information.
Form delivery
Web3Forms processes inquiry submissions so they can be delivered to CLTGameshows@gmail.com. Web3Forms states that submissions on its free plan are retained for up to 30 days. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal information in the form.
